I have been in the restaurant industry for 12 years now. I understand now more then ever that being able to live sustainably as well as affordably is quit crucial in todays society. Being a mother of 1 so far, I have been wanting to give my child the best nutrition possible, with rising costs it has been difficult financially. My husband and I started gardening in hopes of easing the costs of purchasing produce. we also gained the ability to teach our child about sustainable living and agriculture which are both good life skills to have these days.
